This is the 4th purchase, not because anything was wrong but puppies grow and then the older boy can’t be outdone by the new puppy so he needed a new one as well 😂 These drying coats are fantastic, warm, thick, wash brilliantly and look great. Once on, they are spaniel proof Would highly recommend

In love with all the products, high quality standard. 2019 my first drying coat for my working Lab, still doing a perfect job, Recently I purchased the crate mat and customized the size for my car crate, fits simply perfectly and my Lab loves it. I received a faulty item whereby the Velcro doesn’t completely stick down. My options were to pay for the return of the product out of my own pocket and be without the item until they received it to then provide a replacement. After explaining that this time of year with a spaniel to be without the drying coat would be most inconvenient considering I received a faulty item it’s through no fault of my own. I was met with well that’s policy (which I can appreciate) but was then told I still have to cover the cost for a replacement. So I’ve been left in a lose lose situation whereby I either keep a faulty item or be without one for a period of time and be out of pocket through no fault of my own. Disappointed.
I bought these drying coats for my girls and they are superb quality. I also use them for my girl who has a very fine coat to help keep her cosy while in the car. Delivered quickly and with regular tracking updates.

I'm really pleased with the dry robe - it fits well and was sent out really promptly. And it turns out I can use it when my dog is recovering from surgery or to keep him calm when he is frightened by fireworks etc as well.
Very prompt delivery. The custom made boot mat was a perfect fit for my car and is so easy to wipe down after muddy walks. The dogs love it too!

This is the second drying coat that I’ve purchased for my cocker spaniel, whose coat collects mud and water with no effort. Highly recommend.
Extremely overpriced for this item. It doesn’t stay in place on a 3 seater leather settee which is disappointing, constantly rucks up. Haven’t returned as the dogs have been on it. On a plus note it is a good colour.
