The dog coat arrived on time and was a very well made item. I loved the colour and it fits really well and helps get my dog dry after very wet walks. The personalisation was excellent too.
I ordered the drying coat for my Bernese mountain dog and oh my goodness! My Berner boys are nearly 8 years old and the puppy is 11/2. Why have I never heard about this wonderful invention before! Wet Berners after a bathing session running round the house makes for a very wet house and their coats can be wet for hours even after trying to dry them with a doggy dryer. I’ve only bought 1 so far. My biggest boy is 70kg so I started with him. Groom shower and wrap him up in his drying robe. He was totally dry in a couple of hours. The house stayed dry! They are a little expensive if like me you are going to need 3 but so so worth it. Excellent product, excellent quality. Easy to order and the item was traceable with info given by the company. I can’t stress enough to owners of big furry dogs how amazing this bath robe is.

My black lab absolutely loves the drying coats, she has 3 and gets all excited when we put one on her. I also like the gloves, they are really handy when wiping her down.
Absolutely shocking service, why are you requesting a review when you haven't even delivered my purchase yet. I paid extra for next day delivery which was due Friday 2nd May. No offer to refund my delivery charge or any explanation as to what has happened. Very, very poor Dear Ruff and Tumble thank you for your response and your kind offer to refund my purchase. I do not need a refund for the full purchase as your product has now been delivered, however please refund the delivery charge. I run a delivery business myself in South Wales and appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. When they do we are honest and accept responsibility and try to sort the problem ASAP. You state on your response that you were unaware that my purchase had not been delivered as I had not communicated this to you. The reason for this is that every day since the 2nd May you directly sent me an email stating that my parcel was delayed due to an unexpected reason? As I said earlier all customers want is honesty. The x small is a bit big for my small chihuahua to give you a help with the size. It is a fabulous towel, gorgeous and thick with vibrant colour. My only suggestion would be to use less Velcro around the neck. Otherwise it is beautiful.
