Ordered from Canada. Did pay additional $50CAN for duties, but the product is amazing. My 1 year old Golden Retrieve fits XL perfectly and as she grows I know it will work for her too. I had her name sewn and its great quality. It also shipped faster then most products I order in Canada! Five stars!
Just received my first order for a dusky pink lead and wanted to review as I'm so pleased with both the quality and service. My friends are big R&T drying coat fans so I often see posts on their page, I'm unashamedly a fan of pink for my lab X girl and I use a different coat company partly as I love the bright colours. I saw a photo of labs wearing the R&T pink rope leads so I ordered one, the quality, colour and leather and brass fixing looked great. I received my lead 3 days later and I'm so pleased, the colour is exactly as pictured and the quality is great, as is the length at 1.3m. I've now ordered another one!. If I could feedback anything I would ask please please do more pinks and tangerines in all products and I'd be right there! I love bright colours and shades of pink and orange and pastel shades, I know R&T are known for classic colours but I'd love a drying coat, collar, ponch, towel etc in the gorgeous dusky pink!
