Item was really badly packaged considering it was a large glass apothecary jar. The lid was glass, on a glass body and there was nothing keeping them separated and secure. Item arrived with the main jar smashed to pieces. They really should not be selling items like this that require shipping if they are not going to package them robustly to withstand the delivery process.

Great product, fast delivery - what's not to like?
Again I ordered online with ease. Arrived well wrapped for a mirror with a a naughty word. It's now on the wall in our downstairs cloakroom, we hear laughter when visitors visit the loo.
If only I had the room there is sooooo much I would buy!

First time shopper with RSG and was a little apprehensive with what I might get,I have been stung with internet purchases before. My fears were unfounded. Everything was lovely and far exceeded expectations. Each item was quality and original in design. Although I thought it was quite pricey, when I unboxed the items I realised they were worth every penny and feel I have got great value for money. I am refurbishing a whole house and have not used/fitted anything yet, as long as it all works I will be shopping with you again.
