Said product was 'selling out fast' which was a lie... about a month on they still have stock and they've dropped the price! Quality not as expected for the price. Charged me £40 for delivery (as it included assembly) assembly involved removing it from the box!

Quality of products in relation to the cost. Looked like they had been purchased from the market. Thrown into an envelope. They were sale purchases, and I refer to the sale price. God knows how they thought they could charge the full price… would not purchase again. Over priced better cheaper equivalents available.

Ordered two quirky fans from here, just for a joke for a couple of friends. Very pleased with them arrived on time and nicely packaged. Only reason for deducting a star is postage charge.

This company were let down by their truly abysmal delivery firm. I had ordered salt and pepper grinders, which were promptly despatched but delivered over a week later. At £4.95 for shipping this was totally unacceptable when I was quoted 1-3 days for delivery. However, on emailing the company, they responded promptly and refunded my shipping costs, hence the 5 stars as it wasn't really their fault. I'm delighted with my items which were well packaged, and they look gorgeous.
The purchase arrived broken. I sent an e mail ing the damaged purchase with photos 2weeks ago and still haven’t received an acknowledgment Very poor customer service

Great product and company
You have two different delivery companies to schedule with for one order of a table and chairs. As a result, I received my table and my chairs won't be here for weeks even though they are in stock. It was very unclear that this was the case and now I have no chairs in my house b/c I got rid of my old ones anticipating that the same order would be delivered together (or at least by the same company)
