My product was not received after 2 weeks and I have contacted the company via email and instagram and have not had any response. Very poor service.
There was a slight confusion that had nothing to do with Rocket St George (it was a courier problem) however as soon as I contacted RSG it was dealt with straight away and my items were delivered the following day with my postage being refunded, I will definitely be ordering again

The customer service is excellent. A piece of what I ordered was missing. When I let them know, Ceci sent over a replacement part quickly. They were very helpful!
Fan didn’t arrive in time for when I needed it. I called customer services and they did send another one immediately for next day which was great, but then sadly the price I’ve paid for a fan, it’s actually quite stiff compared to much cheaper ones so doesn’t open properly & fully and can’t see the writing ! Shame - it was expensive ….

The Butterfly mirror I wanted was out of stock, I asked for you to email me when it came back into stock and you did, thank you. My Mum passed away last year and she loved Butterflies, the mirror is going to be put on a wall with photographs of people and places that I love. In your description of the mirror on your website, it says a group of Butterflies are a known as a kaleidoscope. Like life a kaleidoscope constantly changes, it will bring me great joy to remember her.
