I ordered the wrong items by mistake Farhi issued the refund so promptly. The Ramadan Advent Calendar was beautiful! The pictures online were good but in real life it was simply stunning!! The bonbonnieres make a simply beautiful gift, I can’t wait to gift my neighbours!!

Beautiful gifts and excellent service. The first delivery went missing but were replaced straight away. Customer services were lovely.
The bonboniere are lovely but I am disappointed with the one I was sent from the gold collection it is the worst design and the one I was hoping I would not get. This situation could be remedied if you simply let customers choose the one they would like, If a design is not available then you should be honest enough to say so, otherwise it is like a game of russian roulette. This is why I have only given you two stars.
These were a gift. I had high expectations, considering the cost. The chocolate was lovely but they are lacking in flavour. There was barely a hint of grapefruit, rhubard and lime.
My first order with the brand. The recipient who was a friend. Was absolutely delighted with the chocolate gift. I would say it was more of my choice of luxury belgian chocolate. I am highly thought of even more now. Also arrived on time in though I ordered so late.
