Had a problem with an order, but 1 phone call and it was dealt with and I now have my purchase, mistakes happen, it's how there there dealt with that matters.

Tasty chocolate covered fruit and nuts. My favourites are the cherry coated chocolates and the orange slice chocolates! Ordering was easy and delivery very fast. The Papier Mache box was very pretty and makes for a nice gift. A suggestion for the future is to label the flavours in the 9 selection box, and to also offer a smaller version? Would definitely recommend.
I ordered the product last weekend and paid for premium delivery so that it would be received on Christmas Eve. Then, on Monday 23rd, I went to the DHL website to request that it be delivered to a parcel shop instead of my house. On the morning of Christmas Eve, the DHL website said that my order was out for delivery - and that was the last I heard of it until trying to get an update at about 6pm. By now, the DHL website said that they had not been able to find the address - despite the fact that it was one of their own parcel shops. The delivery date was changed to Friday 27th - obviously disappointing, given that I had wanted the product in time for Christmas. Yesterday (December 28th) I checked the DHL website again and it said that the order had been delivered at 10.12am on the 27th - so off I went to the shop to collect it. Nope - not there. And the owner told me that he had not received ANY DHL deliveries for several days. When I got back home, I checked again - and the latest is that the order is now back at the depot, even though it still says that it was delivered on Friday. NOW I see that your own website says orders received after the 20th will not be delivered until January 2nd. I am sure this advice was not on the site when I made the order, because if it had been, I would never have placed it and bought a product from elsewhere. Having paid a premium for delivery and STILL not received the product nearly a week later, I am obviously extremely dissatisfied. I appreciate that this problem might have been caused by DHL rather than by Farhi, but since you asked for my opinion, I wanted to share it.

I bought a couple of these gorgeous bonbonnieres years ago from a now defunct online company and didn’t know who made them. I am so glad to have found Farhi again. The product is unique, beautifully made and so glamorous- the contents (chocolate covered coffee beans in this case) are delicious too. Would make a stunning and unusual gift if you can bear to give them away! I can’t so will be ordering more-for myself!
