Absolute joke, I emailed and everything sent pictures and told you multiple times you’ve taken 100 pound out of my account for 2 but hampers when I only ordered one, you tried telling me I haven’t ordered anything yet it’s come and you didn’t answer no phone call or nothing what a joke never ordering here again the nuts better be nice for 100 quid.

A tasty gift, beautifully presented
Easy ordering, delivery was on date & time and item itself looks lovely. Once you have eaten the chocolates the pot they come in is do pretty that you could use it for a trinket box.
This is a totally excellent company in every aspect. The products are exceptional, An issue I had with delivery was dealt with both promptly and courteously.
Just the best chocolate brazils ever! Bought these for my niece for Xmas, bought early so guaranteed I got some. Was introduced to Rita Farhi some years ago by my daughter. They have a generous cover of chocolate. Some might say expensive but I think we'll worth it!

I was very pleased that I had an offer for free delivery and I took advantage with ordering my favourite orange slices dipped in chocolate. Very much a special treat !
Be Warned!...despite posting a seemingly caring reply beneath my review of their chocolate ginger in which it states they would like to make this matter right, I have not, to date, received so much as the common courtesy of a reply from their customer services "care" team. I can only conclude that RJF Farhi responses to negative reviews are only posted to give a false impression that they actually give a damn.

Beautiful Handmade Bonbonnière filled with chocolate covered coffee beans. Very tastefully decorated and very tasty chocolate! The delivery was as stated and in good time.

Purchased the dark chocolate coated pistachios, 780g jar as a birthday gift. First time purchase from RJF Farhi and was not disappointed. Product arrived quickly, was well packaged and beautifully presented. The chocolates were in perfect condition and are totally delicious ( I insisted on sampling in order to give an honest review!). I would definitely recommend both the product and the business, if you are looking for a special gift or just an indulgence.
