Wonderful furniture! We brought the Henley set and the quality is amazing! It’s beautiful! First class service from Dave at the Swanley. Birchwood Garden Centre, London Road, Swanley, Kent Bromley, BR8 7QD shop. I visited both the Wickford and the Swanley branch to view the Regetta range and even though the wickford shop is bigger the Swanley shop is better laid out to help you make the correct choice..... Firstly, Dave has all the furniture sets together (all sets fully complete, so you don’t have to visualise a set at the front of the shop to go with a bigger table available at the back of the shop) also the Swanley shop furniture is laid out with price going up next each other, so you have direct comparison to suit your budget and I found this really useful. Dave was really knowledgable and helpful, he knows this furniture well! Honestly, the best service I have had from a shop. The delivery was smooth, well packaged. The quality and comfort of the Henley set is really lovely! Thanks Dave for all your help!

Great furniture,great price Ordered a Rio compact rattan garden furniture for my summer house from Birchwood garden furniture. They were extremely helpful put in an order and it arrived the following week. Delivery men were so good as they had to navigate through my neighbours garden to get to my summer house not an easy task It was beautiful packed and I’m so pleased with it all.If anyone is thinking of getting garden furniture I recommend they go there

Ordered Malmo Mia sofa set at Swanley showroom, which was delivered the following week. Unfortunately the sofa did not sit level on the patio. However after a call to the main office they quickly arranged for a replacement to be delivered a week later. Overall very pleased with the sofa set, a striking addition to our new patio. Pleased with customer service too.
The crew where friendly and very helpful, putting the items in the garden and took away the boxes. All items where delivered on time and date arranged. Would recommend both the company and their products.
