I bought 16kg of spelt flour because since we've been making our own sourdough the supermarkets 1kg bags just don't cut it anymore. The quality is outstanding and never before was my sourdough so bubbly! I also use it to feed my starter and it works wonders. They also offer next day delivery which is a bonus. Would highly recommend the Ratton Pantry for any of your baking needs!

i have purchased my french flour from R P a couple of times and am completely satisfied with it .i don't buy flour on a regular basis because i am only a domestic bread maker and my purchases last me a long time when i do buy .i would recommend Ratton Pantry to all .
