The item arrived when they said it would, was well-packaged, competitively priced, and the free cookbook was a lovely treat.
I've never ordered from Ratton before but as they were adding a cookbook as part of the purchase I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed. My order arrived within 2 days of ordering & was packaged really well. Would definitely order again.

Received the goods and the package wasn't the best. After inspection of the 24 cans of tomatoes, 20 were dented. Even if the cans were still boxed and in clear factory wrap, they all look shop soiled. First and last experience with this company. The flour, pesto and fiordilatte were OK.

FAST delivery, well packed and arrived intact.
Ordered 00 Flour, noticed that each bag had flour mites, the team at Ratton quicky rectified this and even checked their existing stocks to contain them. Will order from here again on the customer service alone.
