An amazing range of bread baking supplies which I couldn't find anywhere (didn't even know existed!) and that I even struggled to find online. I'm very happy to have found it and will definitely be ordering again. The icing on the cake was that everything arrived in plastic free packaging. Good strong brown paper bags (like in the olden days lol). Other retailers should follow suit. This is a huge plus point from me. I definitely recommend this business.

The last French T80 flour from Ratton Pantry is the best I have found and used during my baking career. It's great flour and very very versatile form semi light loaves to sourdough loaves to pizza bases. Great flour and THANKS for sourcing and selling it in the UK.
