I disliked getting an unsealed 3kg bag of flour. The 1.5kg bags were beautifully but unnecessarily wrapped in brown paper.
I love the different variety of flours for baking and bread-making that Rattan Pantry stock, as well as their groceries and pasta. They have all been very good. One can tell good flour straight away, and all the flour that I have bought has been of excellent quality. It's worth paying that little bit extra for flour that the producers themselves have taken great care in the growing and milling. The service from Rattan Pantry is very good.
