Excellent customer service. I received a call when it was discovered that part of my order that was ready to be dispatched was slightly damaged. It promptly arrived ahead of the anticipated delivery date anyway.
I was delighted to be able to finally buy my favourite British flours for a few years. Since Brexit it was practically impossible to find any sellers willing or able to send food items to France. I was so happy with my order which arrived within a week. The customs formalities were completed very quickly. A great experience all round!

I love going to Ratton Pantry. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a whole warehouse full of interesting and uncommon flour. Perfect for enthusiastic bakers! They have other ingredients, too (cured meats , cheeses, olive oil, nut butters etc). Well worth a visit.
