Caution advised! They knocked 20% off the price for the phone i traded in. Whilst the phone had some minor superficial damage it was no worse than any other phone i've ever traded in with any other company and i always received the full amount. The 20% off price however was still fairly competitive with what other companies were offering but Rapid Phone Buyer said there would be 'a small fee' if they had to return the phone to me so i ended up excepting their reduce price as could see it being too much hassle to have the phone returned. The acual service was fast and efficient and kept me fully informed throughout. So i recommend caution, they may offer great rates on your traded in phone but beware they don't knock money off for minor things that other companies wouldn't
