If selling a phone classed as 'faulty' (e.g. broken LCD, heavy scratches), make sure that the device is otherwise in perfect condition, or they will not buy at the quoted prices. Customer service chose to reply to my review instead of my earlier email to them, so I suppose if you want to get a quick reply via email - leave a review on trustpilot.

good company easy to deal with and no postage charge - sent two phones and the price quoted was excellent and they did not try to reduce it when they examined the phones - was very happy - one small problem was that only payment for one arrived and I had to chase second cheque a couple of times but it did arrive eventually
