RADIO RENTALS DO NOT REWARD LONG TIME CUSTOMERS I have been a customer of RRs for more than 20 years, in that time I have made at least 15 purchases (on interest free) of varying amounts. When I advised this to the salesperson and asked for a discount, or to throw something in, I was told 'unfortunately we don't have much room to move as this item is basically being sold at cost'. When I showed her an advertisement for Appliances Online who are selling the same Fisher & Paykell fridge for $300 less, she went very quiet, but still didn't budge. At that point if I had the cash to spend, I would have walked out and bought it there, but as I wanted interest free payment terms I still went with them. The fridge was the same price at Harvey Norman, but I went back to RRs out of loyalty. Unfortunately they didn't show me the same loyalty. Next time I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.

our salesman Brad was great -called up to enquire about a product found elsewhere matched the price - we then went in and he found us what we were looking for and wasn't pushy to add anything else like extended warranty extra products etc.

Ive been with radio rentsls for years, never missed a payment, always in credit. So am a bit over having to prove income and go through the whole process of applying in store and hang around each time for approval.

Once again the team of Mt Barker (SA) have shown excellent service and customer care. From the moment we walked into the shop we were greeted as old friends and treated with respect and care. 100% for them all.
