The Royal Mail failed to deliver my order, and RADVAC were responsive in shipping a second set of goods, this time by 'first class' delivery. RADVAC offer a friendly, responsive and customer focussed service, and I would definitely buy from them again.

The service and delivery were good, but using Royal Mail meant that the item was taken back to the sorting office, giving me a three mile journey to fetch it. Other delivery services will leave items with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Very competitive price and item dispatched quickly. Free delivery is a bonus but the royal mail; is rather slow. Included was prepaid post for return in case of problems.

I came across RVC by accident as I was looking for a new gun for my Nilfisk pressure washer. They had everything I required and more some, they kept me informed every step of the way from Purchase to Dispatch to delivery. They came in cheaper than all the other places I looked and I will be using them again in the near future as will friends I'm sure.
