My order was received and acknowledged immediately and was delivered promptly. The price was £5 less than on Amazon, who also failed to supply the goods. It was a genuine Dyson vacuum cleaner head.
Exactly the item I ordered at a great price, only criticism is It came a day late due to their courier "not collecting the item" and nobody informed me it was going to be late. Otherwise definitely one I'd order from again!
