Purple CV were very professional and efficient from the beginning to the end of the process. I worked with Jacqui who went above and beyond to help me get my CV sorted. This review is long overdue but I wanted to share my wonderful experience with anyone who is thinking about using Purple CV, it will be worth it.

On my friends suggestion I contacted purple CV and I was being guided well from selecting packages to working with Harpreet who helped me creating a new Resume and CV letter. She was very friendly. She provided me with few samples and worked on resume. I mailed her with queries and she resolved them quickly and patiently. I asked her to tailor the linkd format to which she with her expertise and writing skills provided me with a better resume.

I went for the CV, covering letter and LinkedIn profile package which were created by Joshua who produced something that was much better than what I expected exceeding my expectations. The CV created was within the 2 pages and covered all my previous roles including various other key sections some of which I never even thought of having on a CV. The biggest standout for me was how Joshua was able to capture all the key elements of my previous roles in a straight to the point reduced format within the 2 pages. This now gives me the confidence I needed to go away and start applying for new jobs. The overall end to end service and process was also very straightforward and instant.

Awful company to use. I ordered my CV (£140 package) in early February and had to chase via email and phone call numerous time to get any response. After getting my initial draft, making one amendment and agreeing to it, I again have heard nothing. I was due to have a CV, cover letter and linked in profile and have received nothing over 2 months later. For CV writing, please use an independent person/company. I wish I had, and not gone for the ‘cheaper’ option! It appears that these big ones don’t actually care about their customers or the money they have had to spent to receive a service!

My CV was completed by Joshua and the outcome was beyond my expectations. Firstly his communication back and forth gave the feeling he actually cared about what he was doing for me which means a lot.
