Living in a hard water are means that without a water filter, tea and coffee are just awful. Jugs with filters are such a pain and that's if you disregard the ecological issues with all of those disposable cartridges. One of the best things we have done was to fit a two stage under the sink filter system with refillable cartridges. All the equipment was originally purchased from this company and to this day we use them for the inserts. Recently, they made available reusable holders so that you only have to replace the medium which is excellent. If I had to pick up on anything, it would be the shipping. When you are used to "Prime" same or next day, 3 - 4 days feel awfully slow.

I purchased a item and comment come back to say its on hold, paypal immediately sent confirmation that it was sent, the next day still showed as on hold and e mail sent to confirm, i had shut off water water waiting for this as inline valve that was bought from them failed, so no water for 3 days.
