My old filter tap had started dripping, so I ordered a new one (online order, as at the time, they were having problems with switching to new phone numbers and I never got a call back). As I would expect with this company, the new tap arrived (postage free) within a couple of days, and now I have fitted it, all is working well. Of all the filters, casings, taps etc. I have bought from Pureflo, I have always been happy with their level of service, and would always to recommend them.

Pureflo water filters in my opinion are top, I have been using them for over 15 years without issues and with great tasting water.
