I have been using a Pureflow drinking water tap for some years now. The effectiveness of the filter system is A1 and improves the water here in London. Pureflow's replacement service is very fast and efficient; thus deserving a five star product and service rating.

The purchase and delivery experience was excellent, I already have one of these and ordered one for my father, the quality of the spout is not as good as the one I have and the self piercing tap rubber sealing grommet that seals the connection to the pipe was below the surface of the fitting so would not have sealed, I had to strip it down and reassemble it all correctly. Works well now but you need to check the quality of the manufactured parts.

Ordered filter tap to replace failed Wickes model. Excellent price and arrived quickly, but with no instructions! No PDFs online either, just a youtube video which, not being a plumber, was hard to decipher! I've fitted it as best I can with fingers crossed - with one washer-type object left over! Why can't Pureflo provide a simple diagram showing the order and orientation of fitting the various components?!

I live in a hard water area, so my tea always had a film of scale on top, I fitted a Pureflo filter under the sink and since then my drinks are lovely and clear and taste a lot better, I only have to change the filter every 6 months, and they are a great price

Saw your product at my sister in laws last weekend was very impressed so ordered on on our return was amazed at price and free delivery. It arrived in two days and the service from your customer service (Lynda) was second to none oh yes and you get a free 6 month reminder when filter needs changing - perfect!! a truly great all round package which I am recommending whole heartedly to my family and friends.
