This is the first time we buy products from the official Basilur tea web store and it was a very pleasant experience. I could track my order and I received notifications about the shipment so I was sure everything was right. Also, since our purchase was over 125 usd they send us a few little gifts that came with our order. I'm very happy with the products as well, the quality is amazing!!!! I will definitely buy again.

Un thé exceptionnellement parfumé, et surtout NATURELLEMENT, moi qui suit une grande fan de thé, je ne consomme plus que du thé venant de chez basilur. Je ne suis jamais déçue. Détente et gourmandise assurée
Barely taste any flavor. There's aroma, but barely on the flavor front.
Got all my teas in very good time and I am enjoying a different delicious beverage many times a day. And the boxes and tins are so lovely that I have left them out of the cupboard to enjoy them.

I received my items in good condition. Very efficiently and in time to give as Christmas presents. I still haven't tasted mine but I am pretty sure I am going to love it just like the present I received from. My brother. Now it is my turn to give it as a gift.

One of the two wooden boxes for executive gift I purchased was delivered unwrapped, so I had to purchase a new box to use as a gift.

In the past had difficulty finding Basilur tea in Canada so decided to order directly from their website. My experience was absolutely delightful. My order arrived in good time, was well packaged and included some samples, gift bag and even a bonus Basilur mug. As always, the Basilur tea tins are absolutely gorgeous and will be kept long after their contents have been enjoyed. Have not, of course, had an opportunity to savour all the tea I purchased but my experience to date has been superb.
Great tea, great service. Just like in wonderland; the tea is very tasty, has high quality, I can only recommend it. And the boxes are just stunning... Just keep going on!

dosen't seem like green tea. More floral than in the past. After brewed the tea in the cup is brown. Not happy. John Hanson
