Tea is good quality, tasty. Last time package was not packed well, jars were loose and one jar has a dent.
I've loved this tea for years now when I ordered it through Amazon, but now I don't know how I feel about them. I just received an order today, that was supposed to be a gift, from this company and it arrived missing a large chunk of tea.The box inside the packaging was broken and very obviously was missing tea bags before it was packed as the tea bags weren't loose in the outside packaging. When I tried to email them, it bounced back as a non-existent email several times. Same with their online form. The number provided on their website was answered by some random person and does not seem to be a professional/business number. The address and phone number are also being used on another company's website titled "Tipson" tea. I don't know who is running the Basilur Tea website now, but this is incredibly unprofessional at the least, and scammy at the most. Update: They replied with a complete lie, and apparently did not read my actual review? My order was directly through their website, not Amazon. I contacted them in response to the email they sent when I placed the order... from their website. The email bounced back every single time. Extremely shady.

Took longer than expected. However, staff was most responsive when I emailed to enquire, everything else is good.
Normally Basilur is amazing but recently I got 4 tins of sakura tea that smell strongly of chemicals. I messaged Basilur on 15th of June and had to message them on facebook to get a proper reply. At first I was happy they were investigating it and told me they hadn't changed the recipe or anything. But the last email I received said: "Odd taste in Sakura ( Four Seasons - Spring Tea ) – This product carry 100% Pure Ceylon green leaf tea, natural pomelo and cherry fruits, natural cornflower, and flavour cherry. We have checked our production samples too and we have not changed the blend from its original recipe. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience you might have had and hope your future purchases will be as you have tasted them before." This is a problem as I have 4 full tins that are not safe to drink. I will change this review if this gets solved, but after a month of emails and them just telling me lol soz, I am torn as I love their tea and have had good experiences before this.
