The packaging was great and the extra gifts were wonderful. A great idea for a present. The packages are very beautifully designed. Four stars for: 1. the taste - I would prefer a more deep taste and aroma, 2. I would have appreciated to be informed up front about the extra tax (which was almost 20% of the tea value in my case) because the tea was imported from Sri Lanka to Europe. ————— Reply to Basilur team’s comment: Dear Basilur, thank you for replying to my review. Regarding to the extra tax, which refers to my country importing goods outside EU, it is a quite vague area. I am not sure that it is a standard fee for all countries and could not find out who would have the primary responsibility to inform the customers about the extra tax: you, the FedEx or a public ‘fiscal’ department of my country (EU). The problem is that the customer pays the fees without being informed first!!! Perhaps, mentioning it upon check out would be better than the lack of such information. Thank you again.

I reguraly order Basilur tea online. That time I ordered a big bulk of tea as a Chrismas gifts for my fiends and colleagues.
Les mandé un correo nada más realizar la compra explicando que hubo un error con la direccion de facturacion y envío y me dijeron que harian lo necesario para solucionarlo pero al final llegó donde no debía y tuve que enviarlo por correos. El pago del transporte es muy caro y encima la atencion al cliente pesima.

I am enjoying the teas I ordered. My favourite is still Moroccan mint, while the rose one is a bit too strong flavour for my taste. Haven't tried yet the one with lavander or the masala. The whitebis also excellent Everything arrived well and in time. Thank you.
