Prompt service and delivery

Ordered a pump which arrived but was then not required so returned it next day unopened apart from inserting returns form as specified. The massive problem is that their return address is in Wolverhampton not Derby where their office is, and it does not exist, so the Post Office could not deliver. I asked the customer services department what the problem could be and then they said they had returns all the time, although the address was wrong and they use somebody called GM Treble. No number, nothing else to help the Post Office and as Parkfield Rd is a mile long the PO eventually destroyed the brand new pump and paid me £50 compensation. It's only a small amount I have lost £175 but its the principle that if they do this all the time, they don't have to give any refunds, what a good business plan. Why do they not put TM Treble as their rerturns address as Pump Sales Direct does not exist in Wolverhampton?

I needed the pump urgently so I paid the £12.50 for next day delivery. The problem came with FedEx who initially said they would deliver by 1.20pm, then by 6pm and once 6pm had passed, they cited "Operational Delay" due to an incorrect address. The address on the pump invoice was accurate so I doubt the truth of this reason. The end result is that I didn't get the pump that I urgently required. I think that that Pump Sales Direct should review their choice of carrier. The feedback on trust pilot for FedEx is very poor.

Absolutely horrendous. Will never be using them again and will actively tell people to avoid. We ordered a pump for an emergency and paid for next day delivery. They chose a courier who failed to deliver on time, and we were the ones having to chase and chase and chase with no luck. Eventually we decided to drive 3 hours to collect it ourselves from the delivery hub as we could not get any help from Pump Sales Direct. We were told we would be getting a partial refund, that never arrived and now they are ignoring all communication from us. Awful and don't even deserve one star. REPLY: I have emailed now, as I cannot reply on Trust Pilot. But I have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls with all the information you are requesting.

Bought a pump but I was given some wrong info about what pipes it could work with. After speaking with the manufacturer, this company acknowledged the error and made it right by sending out the right pipe and picking up the old pipe all for free, you can't ask for more than that.
