Tbh I really wasn't up to taking the call initially, but once Harrison spoke to me I felt at ease and he was so kind and thorough with the application and making sure I understood everything...he was friendly and we had a few laughs which kinda made my day as it wasn't going well....defo the right person for me that day and very good at his job....lovely man.
