Constant unwanted calls. I have filled out the form asking them to remove my information and still receive 4-5 calls per day. Block one number and they call on another number, and so on. I have told them I already chose insurance with another company and I am not looking for any quotes, asked for my information to be removed. Still receiving calls all day every day. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Protect Line are harassing me with phone calls, now up to 12 plus text messages (which are sent asking how I am, without identifying who they are or where they are texting me from). I have asked three times now to be removed from their system: twice on the phone, once by text message (so, in writing). I have now also sent in a form via their website to request they stop calling me. They call from multiple different numbers so blocking them doesn't work. Letting them know that I wasn't interested should have been the end of it. Last agent (12/11/24) I spoke to on the phone was rude and abrupt with me, refusing to confirm I would be removed from the system. Honestly would not choose them to provide life insurance cover if I need to change from the company I'm with due to their aggressive sales tactics.

Great customer support and listening ear. Very clear explanation of what plan is right for you considering what you’re looking for or needing. I do not have comparable data to comment on the performance of the company, but its customer care is excellent. I felt their telephone customer care assistant demonstrated genuine empathy with my situation and offered assistance in making my issue easier to handle.
