New boiler & radiator TRVs installed by Pro Heat engineer John, who was professional, knowledgeable & extremely tidy. The installation was completed over 2 days with very little disruption. We are delighted with the result. Pro Heat’s advice & the whole installation process was spot on. Thoroughly recommended.

Combi boiler replacement. Ryan arrived early on the agreed date and worked hard to complete the installation in a day despite a few unexpected snags and atrocious weather. Explained the new boiler workings, set up the controller and left my property clean and tidy. A problem occurred a few days after installation and was rectified within a few hours of me reporting it. Cannot fault customer service. Recommended.

Fantastic service from Rob at Pro Heat. He came today to service our boiler. He was very informative about what could be causing our hot water issues and said that if we have any more issues to take a photo of the error code so he can accurately diagnose the problem and told me to contact him personally. He also noticed smells coming from our drains and he rectified this for us with no further charge. Extremely helpful and both he and his colleague were very friendly and knowledgable. Would 100% recommend these guys for any plumbing / boiler issues and I know who I will be contacting in the future!

Very professional team offering lots of help and advice. Everything went like clockwork. Very pleased with our new Worcester Bosch boiler. Also received a beautiful bunch of flowers a few days later, which is such a lovely courtesy. Had already booked them to do another job in the house. Impressed!

Pro Heat….from our very first phone call with them have been efficient, friendly and delivered on all levels. Nothing has been too much trouble. David and Kieth have been so helpful making sure we make the right choices and keeping within our budget. Would highly recommend this company.

Very professional company, booked a job 2 months prior and they fulfilled the date and the timescale suggested, I had a bathroom refitted with major plumbing changes. Punctuality, and job completed to a very good standard, I can recommend them :)

Phoned Pro-Heat on Friday before Christmas following a leak in my boiler. Although their engineers were already on jobs and were then shut until New Year, they still managed to send an engineer when he’d finished a job early and made sure faulty air vent was fixed and boiler operational over Christmas, until Worcester Bosch could replace the part. Excellent service.

We had a new boiler installed and it was a painless and stress-free experience. The engineers were punctual, professional, tidy and did an excellent job. All of the pipework was neat and at the end of the day, you wouldn't have known they had installed a boiler as it was spotless. I can highly recommend as the whole process from quote to installation was perfect.

We had a small accident & broke a radiator thermostat, resulting in losing pressure from the system and loss of heating and hot water, in midst of cold winter snap. Pro-Heat responded very promptly and their engineer Charlie was very obliging, cheerful, efficient, helpul and professional. He soon had us going, and even put a few extras right while he was here. They installed the boiler and replaced the bathroom suites when we bought the house 3 years ago, and have carried out regular services to the boiler. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

I'll copy below the feedback I gave to my landlord after 2 engineers from this company attended my property over 2 days. "Further to the boiler installation by Pro Heat on Wednesday and Thursday 26th and 27th May 2021 and our 'phone conversation yesterday, I want to list the various issues I raised, formally, in an email, as well as a few more that have come to light since. 1. One (or both) of the engineers used my toilet without asking first. They left faeces in the bowl unflushed at lunchtime and urine marks on the rim. This is unacceptable at any time let alone during a pandemic. 2. Neither engineer wore facemasks. 3. They didn't dust sheet any of the kitchen before drilling holes in the ceiling and wall so every surface is covered in dust at the minimum, some with small gravelly bits from the drilled bricks. 4. The pipe installation above the new boiler is a mess and an eyesore for a residential property. It will need to be boxed in. 5. The pipes they installed under the sink area haven't been clipped and have been left supporting themselves. I have every suspicion that a cheap quote was put in by Pro Heat and thus a cheap job was completed, however this will undoubtedly lead to follow up work being required at a further cost to the owner.". I sent this to my landlord on 28th May 2021, they said they'd forward the concerns to the company but to date I've not received a response.

Adam from Proheat recently carried out a bath > shower conversion for us and all work was carried within time frame stated and for quoted price, quality of work was fantastic and price very reasonable. Thanks Adam, Nik

Proheat came out to us two months ago to fix part of our heating system. My husband was then away and we started getting noises in the walls near my son’s nursery. I was naturally concerned. I spoke to Dave at Proheat immediately, and within an hour they sent someone round, without any fee, to ensure that everything was safe and allayed my fears. I then spoke to them the following day and it appeared that there was just air in the system but they could’ve done more to make me feel better when I was naturally concerned.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was quoted over £400 for work to be done on a boiler that actually didn’t require any of the new parts they said it did, and it actually cost less than £160 to fix by another company. I was dealt with in a very rude and aggressive manner, and was sent an email saying they had called the police because I left a negative review! I would never go near this company again.

We had a new boiler fitted yesterday. It was a hassle free process from start to finish and well worth every penny. The fitters were really professional and did a brilliant job. The dog also enjoyed all the fuss he got. To top off the whole experience today we received a really lovely bunch of flowers as a thank for our custom. Great service all round.

Excellent service from a very professional company - 5 working days from our ageing boiler finally packing in to a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Pro-Heat. A quality product and quality service from quotation through to installation. The quotation was comprehensive and clear and the installation engineers punctual, polite and efficient. They arrived at 0800 hrs, the new boiler delivered shortly afterwards and was fully working by 1600 hrs with everything left clean and tidy. We were delighted to receive a bouquet of roses today; a small gesture but typical of the strong customer focus that was shown throughout the process.
