Pro Heat fitted all new radiators for us, new pipework and annually serviced our boiler. They were good to deal with and the office staff are cheery and tried to please and make diaries work. The engineers were all perfectly competent and just got on with the job with no drama. They were swift to come back when one valve developed a slight leak and they fixed it free of charge. I was perfectly comfortable to have various members of staff in the house with me when I was on my own and never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Great company to work with! I wish you had a base in the SW where we live now.

I am impressed with the level of Customer Service from the Office Staff right through to the persons carrying out the work.
The job to fit radiator was done well with only a couple of hitches. The leak was mended successfully The two shower jobs and cistern improvement will be completed when parts are found.
