The whole team were fantastic - from the office person I spoke to initially, to the engineers that came out to my home. The work was escalated when the problem turned into an emergency, and I was not charged extra to be accommodated at very short notice. In turn, I would recommend Pro-Heat as a reliable, fairly-priced service provider.
