First time doing a juice cleanse. Found it fairly easy as the juices tasted nice, and there were plenty to drink through out the day.

Did their Beginner Cleanse a first foray into juicing and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. All the juices were delicious (even the green ones) and I didn’t feel particularly hungry throughout. Afterwards felt refreshed and revitalised after a Christmas splurge- would definitely do it again!

My order was incomplete and I contacted Press and have heard nothing back, when you plan a juice cleanse for a certain time period and juices are missing it effects the whole cleanse- very disappointing!

Last Christmas I used celery juice which got my autoimmune disease under control. After years of biologic drugs and steroids I couldn’t believe something as simple as celery juice could help my illness. Unfortunately its something easy to fall away from at home, with a juicer, the clean up etc. Once you are better you lose the drive to continue. Recently I had ended up really ill, in and out of hospital. I was rejecting all meds and my partner ordered the celery juice from press (better than juicing at home) their method ensures ultimate nutrition is maintained in the process (juicing can lose some) after a week of using the celery juice the difference in my symptoms is insane! It has saved me (I have IBD) if my symptoms were not controlled soon it would be surgery. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in similar circumstance. Drink in the morning, in a fasted state It also tastes miles better than juicing and has a little lemon and spinach

The 3 day cleanse that I ordered arrived with some of the products and packaging burst which meant I was not able to use all the products. I emailed customer service 3 times to get a resolution to this problem with no response at all. I find this unacceptable to be ignored with no response. Not a great experience and will not be using this company again.

There was an issue. It was my fault. They sent me a gift voucher to show goodwill. Excellent customer service.

Highly recommended: after a bit of an issue with deliveries, mainly due to the storms, the customer service team reached out and rearranged delivery in a fast and friendly manner. The cleanse was great, just the reset I needed. Some of the juices are lovely but as imagined some are not as palatable but to be expected and down to own tastes. Does what it promises to if you stick with it. Now onto the soups cleanse! Thanks
