Very good product and fast delivery. However some products were switched to others thus causing confusions when I was trying to figure out what to drink in according to the schedule.
Food and drinks are delicious - if they arrive in one piece!! Your packing to send out is terrible. Every order I’ve had - something is smashed over everything else. This time it was 3 soups - what a mess that was! Not to mention the fact I paid for the soups that I couldn’t use! If you put cool bags in that melt they are obviously going to dampen the cardboard. Sort your packing !!!

Great product
I did the weekend reset. All the juices and soups were delicious. I didn’t feel at all hungry and it was easy to stick with the plan. It definitely feels like a nice reset.
I'm very impressed. This is the third time I have used this company. I like the fact that they deliver on a Sunday and the customer is notified of a 2 hour slot. The soups are very filling, delicious and healthy too.
My favourite green juices by far!! Amazingly fast free delivery and once when they were just a tiny bit late they went over and above on their customer service. FIVE STARS all around

First time buyer and first time drinking juices. Everything has been great, website easy to use, arrived the next day. A real mix of flavours and overall just making me feel happier knowing my gut is healthier!
Terrible customer service, terrible experience completely. I ordered for delivery on Tuesday, the order never came. When I contacted customer service it took them hours to revert, none of their phone lines were working. Finally I got a response that DPD had been overly busy and couldn’t deliver my cleanse on time. So the product had sat in the warehouse unrefridgerated for two days. I continued to email customer service for some kind of resolution as it was still unclear when I would receive my order. No response all day Wednesday. My order was finally delivered but at this point I have no idea as to how fresh the product is and as I purchased a 7 day cleanse to do before travelling, having it arrive late was not ideal as I will be unable to do all 7 days. Still have not heard back from customer service, their phone lines remain unanswered. Terrible service and now the product I’ve ordered is stale. Completely unacceptable I would recommend steering clear of this brand
Super quick delivery and communication
I havent even recieved the juices from dpd firstly i arranged a delivery today as its my only day off Secondly 2 of the juices were refunded with no explanation or chance to replace with something else
The products arrived splattered across the box. Some were replaced, only for husband’s delivery (which turned up two days later) to arrive in the same state. There seems to be a sizeable gap in terms of branding and execution, Press..
I love your products but i have made 2 orders so far: the first had soup leaked over the rest of my order and the second was missing part of my order. On both occasions I was refunded but there was no extra refund for the hassle of cleaning soup off everything or having to track down the missing part.
Ordered a couples cleanse, one box was delivered and the second one did not make it on the delivery date, however it came the following day before lunch time. So all good!
A very efficient delivery service. So easy to order online. Love the press juices and milkshakes that I ordered. 👍🏻
The order was delivered on time, although on opening the juices weren't that cool so more thought needs to go into maintaining temperature in transit. The juices themselves (hard-core cleanse) were good, plenty to keep you going throughout the day. It would be helpful to understand the use by dates for the juices so you can time your order and cleanse appropriately. It would also be useful to know more about why certain ingredients went into specific juices at certain parts of the day. Overall the hard-core sense was good. However pretty pricey compares to other competitors.
