The products are great. They are good quality and very tasty. Also delivered and packed with care. Personally, I’d prefer a wider range of vegetable juices/ fruit free juices and the option to buy them in 500ml sizes, but that doesn’t distract from giving a 5 star score overall.

I opted for the soup cleanse - 3 days. I was disappointed to see that all 3 days was exactly the same with no variation in juices or soups.

Decent, I did the 3 day plan and you do get plenty to drink unlike other companies. The only negative I’ve got is it’s a little bit on the pricey side compared to other companies. I would use again but not as often as I would like due to price.

Unfortunately, it was horrible. The soup and juices went straight to the bin after tasting them, never again. A taste to be avoided at all costs ..

All of the products in my meal plan were good but I experienced multiple delivery issues and missing items, so it wasn't possible to do the meal plan properly as it was intended. The first package I recieved only contained a small part of my order. Customer service was quick to get back to me that the second box would be delivered the next day. This box did arrive but a few products had exploaded and other items were still missing. Customer service again was helpful in sending out another package to replace the damaged and missing items. They seemed to be out of stock of the adaptogenic bars that are meant to come with the meal plan so I recieved a different type of replacement bar. I also never ended up recieving my free cool bag that was meant to come with my purchase. It's a shame I wasn't able to do the 5 day meal plan as intended since my items all arrived on various days and I didn't recieve all the proper items.

The meals are absolutely delicious! Even the breakfast pots that I was initially sceptical of turned out to be great! Definitely ordering the meal plan again!

Terrible juice, I couldn't drink the celery one without being sick and the green one was also vile. I also had horrible headaches and was nauseous all day. Delivery was good, everything well packaged but I don't think it's worth the money. Soups were nice, and the milkshake was OK, but I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

I can’t make up my mind. The juices are nice, the food packaging is ok, The quantity is fine, but I had a two day lag in delivery of my food, and also had double some of the food. When you plan out a diet and are mentally preparing for low cal food, you do get sidetracked when the food isn’t delivered and it’s hard to stay motivated. Because my Monday delivery came on Wed, my weekend consisted of two days of sweet potato soup and mexican rice twice in 5 days. I admit I was too busy to check what I was taking home with me. The customer service has been truly lovely, replying in a timely and courteous fashion to emails (what I can imagine was a lot of less than friendly emails) and really trying to communicate what was happening (too much client interest). I’ll be back, but will have to do changes between diets as the food plan is still quite monotonous. Perhaps in the next few months when there won’t be so many customers jumping on the New Year New You Diet wagon it’ll be better organised, but I’m happy for the service. But eating the same thing for 4-8weeks is starting to look like a proper exercise in staying calm.

The customer service is stellar. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such good customer service. Yasmin S has been my point of contact since I started ordering and the care taken to help me is unparalleled. The products are excellent too! I had accidentally subscribed to something without meaning to and Yasmin called me to check if I had meant to do this and cancelled it for me. I didn’t even have to do anything. They are extremely easy to contact and you always get through to a helpful human immediately. The juices and soups are fantastic and it’s the easiest and tastiest meal prep package I have ever used. Good value for money too!

Really enjoy doing cleanses. The price is best on market. Good variety of juices and it helps kick start diet. My stomach issues are always so much better

I tried the 7 days to Enlightenment cleanse and I am glad that I did. Today I am on my day 6 and I have lost 3kgs already. I am definitely going to try this again. The juices taste really good and are filling. The first day can be difficult but then i found it much easier.

Like the products and the overall aspect of detoxing! However, when it arrived there were so many various items missing. I emailed twice with no response, I had to call thereafter to ensure we had the rest delivered to finish our weekly detox. It is expensive so would expect the quality of service to match the quality products.

There was a problem with 2of the juices being past use by date. After emailing customer experience I had a really prompt response, especially considering a weekend, and Jodie arranged for replacement juices to be dispatched right away. Before I'd even read the email the juices were on their way. Really good service. Have tried the juice and soup cleanse before so really looking forward to doing again.

When I did my detox over new year I was told they were taking calls if I had any questions, which I was impressed by. On day three ( New Year’s Eve) my detox hit a whole new level of pain. Migraine and vomiting. I’ve detoxed before but never had such an extreme reaction, so I was a bit concerned. Thing was no-one was at the end of the phone. It wouldn’t have been so bad if that’s what I had been told. I checked the site for FAQ’s, but there wasn’t any. Only a blog that highly recommended people go into their work office during a detox! 😳 Luckily I had detoxed before, and have a friend that runs them so I reached out to her, I got through it and carried on and it was wonderful. When it comes to their detox products and schedule - I can tell they know what you should eat and when for maximum effect. I lost 10lbs of inflammation and felt amazing at the end. I was not hungry and I will definitely do this again, on a regular. The juices and soups are tasty, can’t fault the product at all. This is why despite the blip I’m giving them four stars, however, detoxing is full on, and the staff need to be a bit more mindful of what they are saying. If I had gone into the office I would have projectile vomited over my keyboard! That. Would. Be. Mortifying. Luckily, I know how I feel during a detox ( and not just me) and I couldn’t think of anything worse than being out in the world while detoxing. I don’t think highly recommending you go to work in the office is something they should be doing. At least not without saying on the other hand…. You might feel… Still, it was an incredibly effective detox and I will be back. I just hope press reads this and sort out the support. If you are reading this and are new to detoxing make sure you have some other support around you, someone that’s been there, done that and got the detox t-shirt.
