Delivery was meant to include 3 meals but didn't.

Amazing! Lost 3kg but better than that I feel great, full of energy & really detoxed.

Excellent experience. Delivery was on time. I was advised of substitutions to my cleanse in advance and the juices themselves were delicious. I did add a couple of plant based protein shakes to the plan. All in all an excellent rest after a particularly severe IBS flare up.

Had a little difficulty with the delivery; the auto fill address function on the website obliterates entries in part, but the team were extremely helpful in correcting, and I've enjoyed my first week on the Press plan!

I can’t fault the customer service. Absolutely brilliant at quickly resolving the issues I had. I had missing items in my delivery that were sent the next day. I also found I was intolerant to some of the ingredients in the meals so they agreed to switch my plan to a juice cleanse.

All aches and pains and stomach bloating disapleared

I always love ordering from Press. The smaller bottles are great to take on the go, and having a fridge filled with fresh juices stops me from snacking.

Caution: Misleading Information As a regular detoxer, I decided to try the Fab in 4 Week Plan for the first time. The website advertised a 10% discount on first orders over £85. My order was significantly over this amount (£427). After providing my email for the discount code, I found that it didn't work. Attempting to resolve this via chat, I was directed to email support, which responded slowly (over the weekend) and informed me the Fab in 4 package was not eligible for the discount. This exclusion was not clearly stated on the website. Subsequently, I received numerous emails offering the 10% discount and later, 15%. When I explained that their marketing was misleading and requested the 10% discount of my 1st order as advertised, they declined, citing an existing discount on the product already existed. Despite their promotional claims, they refused to honour the discount off my 1st order. This made me feel uncomfortable trusting such a company and so I am now placing my order with an alternative company.

Thank You Press . I love the juices & have used them many times now. I’m excited to try the new shroombars , chia puddings & overnight oats. I am also grateful to Press for speedily rectifying a delivery problem- Thank You . I appreciate you 🙏🏻✨

Just had delivered two cases of protein soups. Five out of twelve containers are split with soup leaked everywhere! Not impressed Five containers of soup are now being replaced. Very prompt and polite response. I will order again as the product is good.

Easy and tasty meals

Fantastic experience, would recommend. Customer Service beyond believe. Yasmin and Ami wonderful, Nothing is too much trouble and resolved in a flash. I did the 4 week meal and found it so convenient, the soups a highlight Restaurant quality. never felt hungry, Nutritional needs meet, taste meet and no washing up. Worth a try you wont regret

I did the 3 day signature cleanse, most the juices were lovely, the oat milk was amazing I lost 4kg And never really felt that hungry. The ginger shots and ginger juice were my favourite. I would recommend but I am yet to see if I keep the 4kg off for that long

I felt a million dollars after the cleanse, the celery juice took a bit of getting used to. Slightly disappointed that my juices arrived a few days late but that was my bad but also when I checked the sell by date they went out before I had finished day 3. This again probably because they arrived later than planned. I will deffo come back but I will be more organised next time.

Very efficient and responsive to my query about my second box. Not only that but the team advised that they would resend me the instructions if they were not in the box! I have everything I need and the instructions were personalised. So excited to see the results!

Love the products from Press and customer service is 5 star

I have used press juices for years and loved them. I am so disappointed that they have now discontinued their 500ml bottles. The 250ml bottles they still offer are not as good value and you end up spending much more. I will now have to find a new company that does provide the larger bottles because they are much better value. I hope Press reconsider their decision and bring the larger, better value bottles back.
