I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this meal delivery service. Unfortunately, it has been a complete disappointment. The meals I received were, to put it bluntly, foul. I ended up binning most of the food, which felt like a huge waste of both money and food. I am not a picky eater, but the quality and taste of these meals were far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the cancellation process is frustratingly complicated due to a so-called "free" gift—the Withings Scales. This has made it difficult to end the subscription without incurring additional costs, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before committing to this service.

Delicious juices for the couples cleanse. I had a slight problem with some missing juices which Yasmin resolved very quickly and in a very professional manner. Highly recommended- my partner and I have really benefited from the cleanse.

Had the potential to be great but the juices were so disgusting I could not drink them. The ginger is so overbearing in all of the drinks. Carrot juice was bland, chunky and disgusting…green juices were tasteless. the only juice that was bearable was the mango and pineapple. Does anyone taste these juices before putting them out to market. I am vegetarian and I have completed juice cleanses before that were delicious. These sadly are extremely expensive for the quality.

An error on my part during the ordering process was rectified swiftly and efficiently upon making contact. Customers services truly were faultless going above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Great products too! I strongly recommend this company and their products.

Would recommend for those looking to reboot. Great juices and you even get used to the celery one ! Was really struggling with fatigue but feel totally energised. Doing 2-3 day cleanse a week and have mixed them up to avoid boredom. Also really recommend the probiotic waters and shots for non cleanse days!

Sorry but not for me very repetitive all tasted the same wouldn’t order again. And a bit pricey for what you get.

I’m half way through my 4 week meal plan and loving it. The food is really tasty, i don’t feel hungry and (after about of a week of my body adjusting to a reduced sugar diet) I feel great! To top it all off, I’ve lost 7lbs so far!! I had an issue with DPD not delivering my parcels on time and the customer service team sent out a fresh box and amended my delivery preferences without any fuss. An all round great experience, thank you!
