After having opened an account with Prepass a month earlier, and after having hired to a new contractor, I later decided to retire from the industry permanently. In notify Prepass about cancelling, I returned the equipment immediately after receiving it, whereas I was charged two months of fees, having not even unpacked or used the equipment.
Always answers the phone
It goes off when it wants too. I’ve changed the batteries and still doesn’t work. It’ll say yellow on device and my phone says green. Or it’ll say red on device and phone says yellow.
My ability to bypass scales, has not only saved me money, but also time. I greatly appreciate the opportunity for me to be able to use your services.

Very difficult to reach pre- pass personnel for help and even when you do the Audio is not clear - very tiresome experience. Website not user friendly very difficult to navigate- management be ontop of your game - no sleeping
