The customer service is a total joke. No one returns phone calls or emails. Clueless associates answering the phone. Supervisors who refuse to come to the phone. I'm seriously looking at another pre pass provider. -one star if that's possible.
The actual device is great. Only gave 4 stars because if something happens that is out of your control like truck stolen or truck fire and you xant return the device they still charge you for the device. Even if you have police report to prove the incident.
My husband died and the truck is sold. Device returned in April cancelled Prepass in March. Billing continued after device was returned. No refund of deposit or inaccurate billing. Numerous calls to customers service, only to be told the check is in the mail.....thanks for talking care of us...NOT! MY NAME is Kathy Modlin. My phone is 417 448 6100.
The actual Prepass system works well overall, but thier billing and accounting system is a NIGHTMARE! We've been battling with them over seemingly every detail...invoices not sent/received, payments not being accurately posted, misinformation from clerks, etc. We're finding that Prepass isn't worth the billing mistakes and the hassle to get them corrected
CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD KNOW THE MEANING OF AN AGENT AND TRY TO BEHAVE NICLY BECAUSE THEY ARE THERE TO GIVE A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Not to talk rudely or depending on their mood. very bad customer service.
Tolls appear to be getting paid. However, I haven't been able to log in since the beginning. The forgot password doesn't work. Aparently doesn't recognize my email.
I have a severely past due toll because their transponder failed to pick up. It has grown from $7 to $94.50. I've emailed the statements from the state, I've called numerous times. I keep getting the run around when I call and they DO NOT respond to emails. OVER A MONTH and they have not responded to numerous emails to the provided address. This is absolutely horrible service considering how simple it is to respond to an email
Back in 2018 I called trying to get my company set up with prepass and ordering transponders.... long story short I NEVER received the transponders so I called repeatedly explaining this to prepass in 2018 until I eventually just let it go. Until recently in December 2020 I inquired back into prepass hoping for a better outcome, oh how I was wrong. Prepass is claiming that I received my transponders in 2018 so now their is a bill that's owed to them by my company that NEVER received the transponders or any service of prepass. I am now looking into away of resolving this issue through the illegal system because prepass don't want to clear this up, which would be the right thing to do but instead they are adding false charges to get money out of trucking companies. I definitely will not allow anyone to steal or cheat me out of my money. Morrisons Transportation NC LLC
I've been a customer for several years now and have enjoyed the convenience of using Prepass. The only issue that concerns me is the states use of Prepass to enforce highway taxes. The state of KY is claiming one of my trucks passed their weigh station because of the Prepass responder. My company hasn't left our home state in more than 2 years and the vehicle associated with the transponder isn't my plate. I have been a year now trying to resolve this issue with no help from Prepass. Transponders supposedly don't lie but they automatically assume I do. Just a word of warning.
Pre pass are lists. Canceled Pre pass back in September returned device. Was told my refund would be out to me in 4-6 weeks. It is now January and I still have not received my refund. Keep getting the run around. I called every 2 weeks still nothing.
Prepass sucks, I signed up 3 months ago but my Oregon light doesn’t work. I sent the waiver 5 times. Called 20 times in 3 months. Results just lie lie lie. Poor system and very frustrating. Everyone with their bad experience should report to the attorney generals office so that they close this company

It's great that those toll roads not previously covered by Prepass are now covered. I do not carry cash when driving, and I don't want to use my credit/debit card to pay tolls. So, thank you for being there.
