Great service saves lots of time avoiding long lines at ports of entry or how we call them in California weight stations … also saves fuel I’m very satisfied with prepass..

Really like the bypass option. It took a little to much time setting up the toll option. Took over a month of toll violations before it started working everywhere it was suppose to.

not a good customer service never answered my question many times I tried to talk to supervisor they said she or he'll call you in 72hrs never call me back

The interaction I had with this last customer service representative was exactly how EVERY interaction should be. She first listened to my issue and acknowledged my frustration in how there next day billing screws with my budgeting. The two components of this representatives action steps provided for a seemingly stress free phone call.
