Pretty reliable for tolls and bypassing weigh stations. Gets lots of bypasses for a new carrier
I ordered one, it never worked for any weigh station. Called tech support and they never sent me a new one. They kept billing me for a broken device then made me pay to send it back. Just trash.
Horrible, They do not give your money back you have to beg them to get the money what a shame!

Your company Didn't tell me that We do not get discounts for the tolls in Florida only you guys pay the money up front and we pay you back but no discounts Is that's why I went with sunpass bought it directly And I can get the discount myself. Totally ridiculous you guys don't share that up front.
Works as advertised, this piece of equipment is what all truck drivers need. Once set up, no other hands on needed. Keep safety a priority and follow all rules of the road, and enjoy bypassing the scale houses.
I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving. Customer service people who answer the phones aren't doing their jobs that's not good. We pay for a service & were not getting the service we pay for we have enough to deal with, with being on the road & go through a weigh station & be called in & sit on the scales. NOT GOOD!!!

Website is a royal PITA to get anything done. It's faster and easier to call the support line to add or change vehicles.

Hi pre pass work fine but don't understand why the pass don't work for Florida agriculture when I never carry agriculture things. And why I don't get a receipt for tolls .please let me know thank you.
