Yesterday 5/10/23, I was pulled by FHP because I did not stop at a weigh station in Live Oak, FL. The device gave me the green light to pass, but the officer said I should have stopped anyway, Though I didn't receive a ticket, I still had to go back to the weigh station, be weighed and go through the inspection process

It is a great invention! If you have clean record it’s nice to skip the weight stations. I’m using the the Pre-Pass only, with out the app. So far it works great!

I never received a transponder after multiple attempts to send one to me. I was unable to use the service, and then I got emails telling me that my service (that I never got in the first place) had been interrupted and if I don't pay soon I'll be charged for the transponder (that I've never seen).

Working in great condition real pleased with prepass.

Wow...have always been able to get right through to customer service and billing.Now after my truck burned flat and trying to get a refund on the remaining deposit I am getting pushed around and holding on unreasonsble hold times.A seemingly proffesional (almost official) company turning into a common crook or online scammer.Totally didnt expect this but after seeing similar reviews I am now even more stressed after losing everything. Are they hoping I give up and forget about my 300 bucks after being a faithful customer for 7 years.If anyone reads these reviews for research on obtaining prepass..be forewarned...concluding the relationship with them will cost you. SHAME PREPASS

Not sure what's going on. But only get the green light afew times. And lately no green or red

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get set up for payments and I get voicemail then someone calls me back but its automated and says something like sorry we couldn't get a hold of you and hangs up.

So far I have called you 20 times to tell you my PrePass does not work in Idaho… You always tell me yes it’s good to work now… But it never does.

Their customer service is amazing.

I purchase this device it never worked on the weight station the light never turn green on my device.

Your website is an absolute bear to navigate. It is slow and lags way too much. It is not easy to know where I need to pay tolls and where I don’t. I have a PrePlus pass, but it’s hard to figure out totals when I need to turn them into my company for reimbursements.

Able to bypass most weigh stations. Also, load the bypass App on your I-pad/tablet or phone as some weigh stations only use the app, not the transponder.

Saving time, specially since the introduction of using eld for hours of service.
