Worst website and app ever
Great when you have an account. But THEY decide the minimum that you need to keep in your account and you wont get ANY of that money back if you close the account. And they don't even have the decency to talk to you about ut and say why. Edit, I was chatting with you via email all last week asking over and over about getting my money back and you guys NEVER gave an explanation or an answer. And so far this week you have been COMPLETELY ignoring my emails. So don't try giving me BS about trying to assist me. You obviously don't care or the situation wouldn't have happened.
Spending money each month new truck clean inspection done everytime no violation and still get pulled into the scales with a red light!!!
i cant find detailed billing on website. i keep getting replishing emails just about every week but dont know how much i am being charged for individual tolls. a detailed invoice showing the date and cost of each toll would be nice
It is easy to use and great with autopayment and monthly invoices
Got my pre pass account set up as automatic payment when I got the unit and nothing ever happened when I got it. It was never set up when I called for it the first time. No payments were taken for 3 months and then the emails started coming in stating you owe this much and each one was different. And on top of it all it was my fault somehow cause somebody is not doing their job.
So far so good, green light most of the time saving me time and money

We haven't received any prepare bypass as of yet been still having to pay not sure if this thing is working or not.

First, when I got it, it worked for a couple days then when the scal open, I get a red light on a scale closed a good green light
