Dpd wouldn’t leave with neighbour even though they messaged me and gave me options to then they didn’t re deliver when they said they would when my wife stayed in all day now it’s been returned to the depot . Really disappointed not sure why a parcel can’t be delivered to a neighbour as we are at work

Good service, seem like a solid outfit that tries hard. I am unlikely to be a regular user, this was a one off to replace a Bosch battery charger, but if I was likely to need more power tool stuff these guys would be worth knowing.
