The tool bag I purchased was great value for what I paid. Plus it arrived within 48 hrs of ordering. What I also appreciated was a stamped receipt of the 2 guys who processed my order. It read "Picked by Mike" and "Packed by David". Not only is there an added accountability with this type of stamping but also a sense of personalising, where myself, the buyer, feels slightly more than just a customer. And the chaps dealing with my order are now slightly more to me than faceless employees. So thanks to Mike and David for a great service!
