Power Tools UK service was excellent products reached in good order the review would have been 5 star had it not been for parcel force leaving the package at a neighbours but leaving no notice of were it was so it was 2 days after delivery that we actually received goods
Ordered on a tuesday, had an email saying they would email again when goods are shipped - no email. Emailed them Thursday to ask what was happening for them to tell me they hadn't had any deliveries to them, should be shipped out tomorrow (friday) and I'll have it monday. Emailed again monday as still no shipping details to be told it is at the delivery depot to be delivered tomorrow, didnt reply for 4 hours and only then did I realise they put it through to 24 hr delivery. I dont think I would have got them by now if I didnt email them as no communication on their part at all. Will not be using them again!
