Wow! I honestly thought (bearing in mind the lack of response to my enquiries), delivery would be, using educated guesswork, would be {possibly} 10 to 14 working days. Just how wrong could I have been, parcel 1 of 2 arrived the following day, the second parcel arrived the following day. The only spanner in the works and preventing a full five stars is the response to genuine emailed queries. Improve this side of your service would:- 1. Prevent me from purchasing via a rival company. 2. Never responding to my genuine enquires (Just because a manufacturer has discontinued something, Does not always mean that you do not still have 1 or 2 lurking in a corner just gathering dust, understand where I am coming from?} With this kind of negative experience, after attempting to obtain a answer, I am genuinely regretful when I no longer consider it to be worth my time and direct my enquiries else ware. If you could just amend this 'glitch' then by offering free delivery the I really believe you would become a genuine 'go-to' business for the items that you sell

I bought a peters child machine through poolwood, great product but the time of getting the product processed and shipped was slow, with no communication from the shop. I would recommend that they update there communications process with the customers and keep people more informed on there products

I’d explained what I was buying product for , when it turned up it was of no use , I rang and pointed this out had no offer of any help , I bought more items to try and rectify the problem but all in in i havnt had any use from the tool or tabs complete waste if money
