Straight forward
I’ve always shopped with PMT in person,this was my first online purchase and I dmfound it easy
I ordered an expensive item and paid a premium for a Saturday delivery. I got a email from PMT confirming that it had shipped but it didn’t arrive and didn’t come up when trying to track it. After calling PMT it turns out that in fact it was still with them: despite the email they had never handed it to the courier. They told me in a casual and unapologetic way that I will now get it on Sunday. Now Sunday and when I try to track it, it comes up that the delivery will be on Monday, which causes me a lot of problems because I have to be elsewhere. An absolute train wreck of a shopping experience, it goes without saying that I will never use PMT again. Edit: Monday the 16th now, item still hasn’t been delivered, not a word from PMT or the courier. Called PMT, they said that they can’t chase it up right now because the person who should do that “is not at his desk”, but they will let me know. Not a hint of an apology, totally matter of fact as if this is completely normal for them. Edit: PMT never called me, but I got an automated email saying: “ Sorry, there's a delay with your parcel; this is normally resolved within 24 hours”. That’s ok then 🤦♂️ I’m starting to wonder whether I’ll ever get this parcel.
