I have had no confirmation of purchase. I purchased the item for 24 hour delivery. I have had no confirmation of purchase, just the Thank you for your purchase, how did we do. Oh and they took the money. This was a project critical purchase that I needed asap. Chose PMT as they have a shop in Bristol that I have used many times before. I am a professional musician and expect a professional service. This is under-par.

Ordered a drum for a Christmas gift l, stated it will take 2/3 weeks. I ordered at the beginning of December, I contacted them today and I got informed it won’t be delivered till after Christmas. Not good enough, communication very poor also. Won’t be using these guys again
